Cake Decorating

Learn the basic skills and techniques in cake decorating so that you can present wonderful cakes and cupcakes for special occasions. Covers piping, flower making, figure modeling, molding, coating and much more. Suitable for all levels.

Students are required to bring their own equipment and a fee of $10 is payable to the tutor on the first night to cover the cost for all the materials required for the models the tutor makes.

A material list will be issued for the second week and the tutor will discuss the items and requirements with you on the first night, including the cakes and icing that you will be required to bring each week.
