Cancer Fundraiser For Peter Roche

Hey all!

Dear friend, artist & rock n roll philanthropist, Peter Roche is struggling with stage four cancer.

He’s putting up one hell of a fight but it requires expensive ongoing treatments as the drug he needs is not funded in New Zealand.

Peter Roche is a leader in light-based sculptural installation art and in 1995 he purchased the Ambassador Theatre which became a rock n roll haven in which many of us would consider Auckland’s CBGBs. A place that helped cultivate a local music scene where many of us learned our chops and made life long friends.

Peter is a prominent figure within the art world and a rock n roll philanthropist. If you ever frequented his bar I’m sure you were greeted with a welcoming attitude and probably didn’t pay for all the drinks you were served.
