CAP Life Skills is a free, eight session course in which you will gain practical skills and discover new ways to live for a brighter future.
The course covers topics within the areas of Money (saving, shopping tips and budgeting skills), Health and Well-being (healthy eating, self-worth), Organisation (meal planing, time management, budget building) and Relationships (communication, building healthy relationships, forgiveness).
Led by trained and experienced CAP Life Skills coach who will provide practical support to ensure participants get the most out of the course, and will walk with them every step of the CAP Life Skills journey.
