Christmas Eve - Meditation & Prayers

About the Event
Join us for a special Christmas Eve event where we can join together to meditate, pray and chant for peace in our hearts and peace in our world. We will focus on meditations that open our heart and bestow upon us the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and others – the gift of love. This event will include a teaching, guided meditation and prayers to develop love and compassion. Suitable for beginners and advanced. Everybody is welcome

This event is free but if you’d like to make a donation to our Centre, we appreciate your gift and support.

What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
