In today’s class visit the Auckland fish market floor with chef to choose your selected species, then return to the Seafood School with your catch where chef will share with you tips and tricks and a delicious recipe to follow as you cook your lunch in the hands on classroom plus receive a copy of the Complete NZ Seafood Cookbook to take home. Today prepare King prawn tacos with pineapple and coriander salsa and chipotle cream.
