Like a challenge and ready to show off your Japanese cooking skills? Find out how you can create classic dishes such as Okonomiyaki and sushi to delight your palate! All ingredients provided.
Description
All ingredients included in the fee but bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towels and containers to take food home and your camera (if you have one).
By the end of the course, you’ll:
- Become more familiar with using Japanese ingredients
- Feel more confident to cook Japanese food at home
- Better understand how to use Japanese ingredients
- Be able to make a dinner party menu with a range of Japanese dishes
Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.
