The workshop: Acting is reacting. Get the most out of your scene work by learning how to connect deeper with your fellow improviser and play for higher dramatic stakes. This is a powerful workshop suited for improvisers who enjoy long form and narrative form.

The teacher: Wade Jackson has been performing, teaching and producing improvised comedy for over 25 years. He is regarded as a master teacher of the art of improvisation and has taught at festivals around the world. He is the founder of The Improv Bandits, the Covert Theatre, and co-founder of the Auckland Improv Festival. Winner of national and international awards both as a performer and producer, he brings his diverse background in the healing, performing and martial arts to all his sessions and confesses that improv is his spiritual practice.
