This course will teach you how to identify negative behaviours and the practical steps needed to tackle the issue. It gives you a full prevention kit to create a workplace that fosters inclusiveness through clear policies, processes, and guidelines.
Your Learning Outcomes:
Over the course of the day, you will;
- Effectively identify negative behaviours that lead to a sense of bullying, isolation, and/or dis-empowerment
- Understand the expectations of employers in managing bullying behaviour
- Recognise and effectively respond to conflict and difficult situations fairly and decisively
