Culture is defined by what we do, not by what we say.

A healthy workplace culture values differences and allows people to be themselves. What does your cultural norms say about your workplace?

This course will teach you how to identify negative behaviours and the practical steps needed to tackle the issue. It gives you a full prevention kit to create a workplace that fosters inclusiveness through clear policies, processes, and guidelines.

Your Learning Outcomes:
Over the course of the day, you will;

- Effectively identify negative behaviours that lead to a sense of bullying, isolation, and/or dis-empowerment
- Understand the expectations of employers in managing bullying behaviour
- Recognise and effectively respond to conflict and difficult situations fairly and decisively

Includes workbook, arrival tea or coffee and Morning tea.
