A challenging way to stay fit and have fun!

Using safe alignment a mixture of held postures, small movements and dance-based exercise this class is an all over body workout and challenge that you can take to your own level! This is a barefoot class as it is held on a sprung floor giving a 'softer' feel and absorbing the impact. Please bring a yoga mat with you.
