This course, new in 2020, runs on Tuesday evenings 7 - 9 PM over four weeks starting 9 June 2020.
Spice things up with a cooking lesson perfect for couples, friends, family members – these classes are fun and light-hearted with plenty of opportunity for hands-on learning. And you'll eat your delicious meal each night.
Turn up the heat with an evening that’s guaranteed to stir up more than just delicious dishes! If you want, bring some wine and join us for some good music and share a series of fun casual evenings cooking together.
You'll learn to create your own dishes from this entertaining course which will appeal to people of all skill levels. Each lesson will concentrate on one or two main ingredient groups and the relevant cookery techniques used to prepare them successfully. Recipes have been selected as bases or starting points for you to create your own recipes adding your own twists and spins at home.
What to bring: All ingredients are included within the course fee. You may like to bring some wine to enjoy whilst you cook and eat.
About tutor Simon Glasgow: 25 years of hospitality experience lead me to teaching. I currently still work in the hospitality industry as a consultant and have held my General Manager's liquor license since 1998. I ride motorbikes and I am learning to teach rider instruction with RiderSkills. You may see me on TV as I sometimes do TV ads.
