Ruth is Conor Mertens (formerly of acclaimed Auckland restaurant Orphans Kitchen and Chimera) and his partner Ash Scott, based in the Hawke's Bay.

They offer private dining experiences focused on local produce and cooking with fire.
We will be joining forces for one night only to bring you an exciting, rare and special culinary colab at an intimate long table setting at Cambridge Road Vineyard.
