We are delighted to announce a very special Dispatch to a Friend weekend, with florist, photographer and stylist Annabelle Hickson, and cake maker and private cook, Gillian Bell.

Annabelle and Gillian’s infectious natures have attracted fans across the world. Their addictive podcast, Dispatch to a Friend, was named one of Apple’s Top 10 podcasts of 2018. Great friends in life and co-conspirators, the Australian duo invite listeners into their lives as they share, through letters to each other, their love of books, gardening, travel, cooking and the ordinary pleasures of daily life.

We invite guests to enjoy a host of activities with these friends, from the simple joys of making a cake to creating wonderful floral arrangements from foraged botanicals, along with time to linger over walks and picnics on the stunning Cape Kidnappers farm and to enjoy the company of local producers and artists who will make cameo appearances throughout the weekend. The weekend will also include a cocktail party to welcome everyone from around the globe, and superb dinners over two nights.

Expect a weekend of creativity and fun with these two warm and inspirational women. Come away feeling completely nurtured and refreshed, with new baking and floral skills, and a reminder of the joy in the simple pleasures of life.
