Ease Up My Selectas

Ease Up My Selectas! An evening of crucial reggae music, ska, dub, dancehall, jungle. Four DJs or selectas: DJ generald, DJ sound selector, DJ little jah, DJ BudduB. The revamped Wakatu Garden Bar now boasts a boosted sound system, stage, lighting and mixing desk.

This event will be beginning early evening to catch the last of the sun in the garden bar area. With the recently open restaurant now running meals will be available until late into the evening as well as drink specials. Due to the lack of any reggae music being played at any venues in nelson we thought we would get together to share our love of all things reggae.

This event if shown interest may become a monthly club with guest dj and mcs bringing the reggae vibe back to nelson. A koha entry of 5$ on the door to cover costs will be implemented we hope to see you there! tell a friend, a neighbor, an aunty, or uncle a workmate, whoever you think might be interested.
