Now that we are at Level 1 we can start connecting, in person, as communities both personally and professionally.
Creating relationships are the heartbeat of all of our lives. Relationships are the connections we have with family, friends, colleagues and casual acquaintances we may meet. How are your relationship connections going at the moment?
Our Essential Skills one-day workshop has a strong focus on creating rapport, where you will learn, or remember, the essential building-blocks to support you in creating a connection with anyone, personally and/or professionally.
You'll gain the tools to:
- Set an outcome and remember why it's important
- Handle problems calmly
- Understand others' perspectives
- Develop connection using non-verbal skills
- To deepen your listening so others feel heard
- To help you manage challenging situations
- Support you in getting your own needs met
- Achieve win-win outcomes
Plus we'll review what values differences are and how they impact on dealing with differences that create tension.
