F.A.W.C! A Night at the Opera

Great wines, great food, enjoyed with great company and the serenading of opera all combine for an elegant evening at Sileni Estates.
Enjoy canapés and a pre-dinner drink while being entertained by opera group Prima Volta, before chef Mike Moloney delivers a five-course tasting menu to match with Sileni wines. Senior winemaker, Cairn Coghill will take you through a wine journey and educate you on each wine and why it pairs well with each dish.
Three courses will be served before a musical intermission by Prima Volta, followed by the final two courses. Shuttles are provided for this event.
