101 Get Your Sexy Back

This class will take you “back stage” behind the sparkly curtain and give you a taste of what #burlylife is like and the opportunity to learn basic skills.

In these weekly online classes I will teach you the key moves. The outcome will be: an increase in your confidence and a contribution to ideas to empower your experience as a woman.

Getting your sexy back 101 is a 4 week burlesque class where you’ll learn:
Class 1 – Magnetism of anticipation: we’ll have some fun with the historic element of glove and stocking peels
Class 2 – Power of your energy: through the different forms of strutting and movement
Class 3 – Impact you make when you tap into the ancestory of the sisters before you: we learn who they are from herstory/history and why they are important
Class 4 – Potent effects of graTiTude and joy: through the art of shimmying

And this comes with a warning: I actively encourage fun and laughter in classes.
