Freestyle Fundamentals, is a movement session of guided improvisation to carefully selected music, in a wavelike 5 rhythms structure, by our in house DJ Dr Dobstein.
The session draws upon dance elements, fundamental movement patterns and flow props for you to explore in your own unique way.
You can bring your own flow props if you wish but we have: LED and practice poi, pixel whips, LED wings and LED staff as well as hoops, silk fans and scarves.
All ages and abilities welcome.
