'Give a Little this Christmas' - fund raiser for Re-source

Re-Source is a registered charity providing a collection, sorting and delivery service for donated goods in the Hawke’s Bay. They provide homewares, clothes and furniture to people pre-selected as being in particular need by Social and Community Workers.

Their clients may be setting up home after leaving a safe house or transitional housing, making a new start after drug dependency/prison or who for other reasons find themselves in difficult circumstances and unable to meet the needs of their families.

They also keep useable items out of the landfill and redirect goods not required by people in need to other community support organisations. Damaged blankets and towels go to the SPCA, curtains go to the Red Cross Curtain Bank, books to the Lions etc. Their service is free at all points.

There will be a wine raffle - if you can bring a bottle of wine to contribute to the event
