Auckland-based artist and biodynamic gardener Sarah Smuts-Kennedy is the vision holder of "For the Love of Bees" and "The Urban Farmers Alliance".

She will share the recent innovations from the UFA community on local composting and talk about their reservations on anaerobic biodigesters as a climate change solution for food scraps.
