Hamilton Model Engineers - Public Re-Opening

The Hamilton Model Engineers are excited to announce our official re-opening of Public Train rides following the COVID-19 lockdown. After closing in the middle of March 2020, we are thrilled to get back on the rails after four months, and we want to welcome our community back to Minogue Park!

On Sunday July 12th 2020, we will re-open with one exclusive day of free rides for everyone, of all ages! Trains will run from 10:30am - 3pm Weather Permitting, without the need for tickets to be purchased or clipped. This is our way of giving back to the community who were so patient with and supportive of us during this time.

Another local business hit by COVID-19, is the Little Canteen, often seen at our Twilight Night Runs. They will be on-site with us, providing delicious hot, fresh food for everyone. Bring the family or some friends, and have lunch in the park with a train ride.
