Join some of New Zealand's finest musicians for this exquisite musical feast! Two unmissable performances across Tauranga and Hamilton, celebrating hope, deliverance, and the beauty of musical expression after a year that has challenged us all.

Handel's oratorio "Israel in Egypt" tells the story of a great many things. It begins with the story of human slavery - an entire nation displaced, subjugated, and oppressed. It is, however - and perhaps most importantly - a story of hope and deliverance through seemingly impossible odds. And it ends, appropriately, with a triumphant celebration of thanks.

New Zealand has not been untouched by the Covid-19 epidemic. We have all been touched by it in some way. But the story of New Zealand is one of deliverance and a cause for us to celebrate what we can achieve when we work as one. "Israel in Egypt" has much to offer us in this context; we warmly invite you to join us for these very special performances.
