In this workshop you will be taught how to perform ‘The King Technique’ for self healing as conceived by Western Master of Yoga Dr George King.
Based on the principle that universal energy, or prana, flows through the energy centres, or chakras, ‘The King Technique’ is a simple but highly effective spiritual healing technique.
It was designed to be given to others, but this version was developed especially for self healing.
We’ll share the theory behind why healing works as well as how to do it.
You will get to practise the technique during the workshop so you can really feel confident you understand it by the end.
Other Self healing practices
We will also cover easy to learn self healing practices including:
- Deep breathing, also referred to as yoga breathing, or pranayama
- Visualisations such as the protective Violet Flame Practice
- Positive affirmations
- The Water Charging Practice
