We’re coming to Uretara Domain in Katikati to have a chat about things that will help shape the future of the District – cycleways, boat ramps, libraries, halls, parks and much more.

About the event
We’ve got some really fun fair-style activities planned – each relating to key topics we want to chat to you about. In return for answering some quick questions, we’re giving an afternoon/evening of free entertainment, including a kids show, activities and food, plus Night Owl Cinema is on board to end the night in style with a movie under the stars.

Make your way around the fair and do the quick polls to participate in activities and get your passport stamped. A full passport will get you entry into the movie at 8pm and dinner for you and your family.

4pm – Gates open
4pm to 7.30pm – Fair activities and get your passport stamped
4.30pm – Mr Lam Sam’s Musical Mayhem Show
5.30pm to 8pm – Grab your dinner (redeem your passport for food and drink)
7.30pm – Cinema area opens (redeem your passport for movie tickets)
8pm – Night Owl Cinema - movie starts (The Lion King, 2019)

Things to bring
Bring something to sit on to watch the movie (e.g. blanket, cushion, chair, beanbag) and something warm to wear if it gets cooler in the evening.

There will be a giant waterslide so make sure you bring your togs and towel if you want to have a go!
