Hine Ora Mini Retreat

After being contacted by many whānau in the community we are proud to release the Hine Ora Mini Retreat designed for young women ages 17 - 25 years.

This workshops will equip young women with tools to look after themselves, especially during this sometimes stressful time of year.

By creating this safe space we hope to empower these young women to understand their mental health and well-being. During this workshop, we will be making journals and learning how journaling can be an awesome self-care tool. We will discuss coping strategies, share our stories and learn about the stories of Atua Wāhine.
