Glossophobia is the fear of public speaking – this session will lessen the fear and boost your confidence when you get ‘put on the spot.’

When you are asked to give an opinion, make an impromptu speech, or when you want to make a good impression, do you freeze up?

Most of us don't like being 'put on the spot' and some of us would even go as far as to say - we hate it!

Anna has some simple strategies that you can use straight away. They are ideal for a range of situations, such as:

- Networking events
- Giving an impromptu thank you speech or a toast
- Speaking at meetings ‘off the cuff’
- If you are asked to ‘say a few words’ in front of your colleagues or the board
- If you dread having to get up and speak.

You will leave this session with tools and tricks to take the angst away! What you learn here can be used as soon as you walk out the door...

Who should attend?

Anyone who has been ‘put on the spot’, who froze up and didn’t know what to say.
If you don't want to get caught out, you need to attend this session!

The first part of this Coffee Talk is our speaker Anna with her presentation. Around 11am morning tea will be served and the session finishes with networking, while you enjoy another tea or coffee.
