Jazz on Grange, at the Old Church Hall, 132 Grange Road, Mount Eden, on Saturday 5 December 2020 at
2–4.30 pm, features the HAA Jazz Quintet playing the music most cherished by the late Harold Anderson, including Thelonius Monk, John Coltrane and Duke Ellington, plus traditional songs and special guests.
The HAA Jazz Quintet is led by original OWLA members James Langabeer, David Lines and Trevor Thwaites, who are joined by Lukas Fritsch and Alberto Santarelli.
This is the first event presented by the newly formed HAA-OWLA Trust. The trust was formed for the purpose of acknowledging the contribution Dr. Harold Atwood Anderson (HAA) made to creative music and dance expression in Aotearoa through One World Living Art (OWLA) a grass roots organisation and Trust most active in the 1990s.
