Explore the history of Chakras then take a detailed look at Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Heart.
Worksheets, lunch & tea provided.

Part 2 – Upper Chakras 7th March 9am – 2.45pm
Review base Chakras then take a detailed look at Throat, Third Eye and Crown.
Worksheets, lunch & tea provided.
