Stress is the silent pandemic that is affecting most of us. One in four of us are affected by mental health issues and two thirds of those affected never seek help, according to the World Health Organisation.
 
It is time to act and not fall victim of this silent killer. Heartfulness, a team recognised for their outstanding work by Hutt city community awards, is offering a wonderfully simple but effective way to relax, rejuvenate and manage our mental wellbeing. Meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress and fatigue, improve sleep and quality of life, and more.
