In response to the recent developments about coronavirus, we have decided to postpone our information session on Heart Failure that was scheduled to take place on Thursday 26 March 2020, 5.30 – 7.00pm at Upper Hutt Cossie Club to ensure everyone’s health and safety in these uncertain times.
The Heart Foundation is hosting free information sessions across the Hutt Valley to discuss living with heart failure.
Your local Clinical Nurse Specialists in heart failure will talk about understanding and managing heart failure, medical treatments and how to keep well. Family and whānau are encouraged to come along and learn more about your heart condition.
