Making Chocolates

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course will run 10am - 4pm on Sunday 29 March 2020.

9 out of 10 people love chocolate... and the 10th person is lying! Come along and learn from a master chocolatier the tips and tricks of creating perfect chocolates, including truffles and moulded chocolates. You will never be short of a gift idea again. Course fee includes ingredients.

Bring your own lunch as we will take a break during the workshop. We encourage you to bring a sandwich and stay onsite at the college to mix and mingle with other course participants.
