This is our 5th Manawatu Art & Garden Trail with 29 sites to visit, eight Winning Artist are exhibiting at Feilding Art Centre over the weekend, some also have art in Auckland and local galleries, you'll find something that you'd love to take away with you at very reasonable prices. We have a huge range of different and interesting gardens this year, some of the style of these will really surprise you. Gardeners are talented artists, just like artists who paint on canvases.
Support Takaro Rotary at a garden in Palmerston North and admire their amazing garden and stream. Several gardens offer yummy food for morning and afternoon Devonshire teas as well as lunches inside under cover or under trees. Support Feilding Lioness and enjoy the view while you take a food break.
Enjoy the creative flair of large country gardens, large gardens with ponds and boats, newly created gardens and quiet town gardens. Even a quirky country garden will surprise you. Two gardens have featured in the NZ House & Garden Magazine.
Visit Esther Nitschke and purchase stunning weaved rugs and other items. Enjoy pottery at the Manawatu Pottery building in Kowhai Park, Feilding and Alan Herbert Pottery at Rongotea. See us advertising in P.NTH, Levin and Feilding cinemas!
