An exciting opportunity for Masterton students to creatively represent their visions of peace and take part in this international competition coordinated for Masterton by Aratoi.

There are four categories for finalists: First Place (1 selected), Runner Up (2 selected), Commended, Merit.

The purpose of "Mayors for Peace" is to contribute to the attainment of lasting world peace as well as striving to solve vital problems for the human race such as starvation and poverty, the plight of refugees, human rights abuses, and environmental degradation.

Prize-giving: Saturday 24 October, 2pm
