Our Giant Kiwis, Rowi and her Chick in the Red Square, need some company. So we thought what better than bring in some more birds, and invite you to join us too! Join Deputy Mayor Tina Salisbury, Night Owl Cinemas, More FM and Downtown Tauranga and enjoy an outdoor movie screening of Rio!
When Blu, a domesticated macaw from small-town Minnesota, meets the fiercely independent Jewel, he takes off on an adventure to Rio de Janeiro with the bird of his dreams. A fantastic, light-hearted and uplifting movie for the whole family to enjoy in our city centre!
For a truly unique experience in our city centre, bring your rugs, cushions, sleeping bags and friends to Red Square at the bottom of Devonport Road and have some fun!
