Moraine Lodge Charity Gala Ball 2020

We invite you to attend the inaugural Moraine Lodge 2020 Gala Charity Ball which will be held in the beautiful Moraine Lodge, Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat, Lake Pukaki.
In true high country style, our inaugural gala ball promises to be a glamorous and fun event for all ages, well as long as you are over 18!

Or, if you just like to converse or soak up the atmosphere, join the companionship beside the fire or outside under the stars around the braziers. There is a space here for everyone.

A full gourmet supper will be served and the cash bar will be available.

In 2020, the Gala Ball will raise funds for the Malaghan Institute for medical research into Cancer.

The Malaghan Institute is New Zealand’s world-leading independent biomedical research institute. Its cutting-edge research focuses on harnessing the innate potential of the immune system, the body’s natural defence mechanism, to find new treatments and cures across cancer, asthma and allergy, infectious disease and gut and brain health. The Malaghan Institute is currently working towards conducting New Zealand's first CAR T-cell clinical trial, a revolutionary new approach to fighting cancer using a patient’s own immune cells.
