Movies On the Green - Tommy's Real Estate Summer Series: CANCELLED

Join us under the stars for the outdoor screening of three nostalgic family movies over three evenings.

For each event gates open at 6pm with a licenced bar (featuring local Waitoa Social Club beer) and lots of delicious food available. Come along for dinner or bring a picnic. We will also have music, friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere. Movies start at sunset.

Bring something to sit on and plenty of warm clothes or blankets. We recommend a picnic blanket, bean bag and sleeping bag for snuggling under the stars during the movie.

Tickets are just $5 per person (under 2’s are free).

Door sales are also available.

We are planning a low waste event and will have reusable cups available to rent at the bar (or you can simply bring your own, non-breakable please as no glass is allowed on the green). We will have free water available and we will happily refill your water bottles. You may also want to consider bringing your own dinner plate if are purchasing food. Recycling and general rubbish bins will be available, you can also help out by taking your rubbish home with you.

All welcome - A fundraiser and community event to contribute to the refurbishment of the Hataitai Centre & Village Green (previously known as the Hataitai Bowling Club).

If it's raining for any movie, don't worry we will try again the following night. Sunday start times will be the same. In the unlikely event we have unfavourable weather for two nights in a row tickets will be fully refunded.
