You’ll hear about ngā whetū (the stars), ngā aorangi (the planets), and the many stories written in our night skies passed down from generation to generation.
Sit back, relax in our reclined planetarium seats and take a whānau -friendly journey with our presenters as they share their astronomy mātauranga. Experience a collection of animated stories, learn about Maramataka (Māori lunar calendar) and discover the rich traditions of Matariki from a Māori perspective.
