Martin Setchell Town Hall Organ Concert

This is the first of what will be an annual Christchurch Town Hall event: the organ curator's concert.

This date replaces the original date of 1 June ( Queen's Birthday Monday) which had to be cancelled owing to COVID 19.

It is supported by Vbase, the venue management company, and the Friends of the Christchurch Town Hall Organ Trust.

Christchurch city organist Martin Setchell introduces and plays a popular programme, including his arrangement of Bach's Sinfonia from Cantata 29, the Finale from the Firebird (Stravinsky), Sabre Dance (Khachaturian) and Carillon de Westminster (Louis Vierne).

Admission will be FREE, but tickets must be booked in advance. Watch nzorgan.com to see when bookings open.
