Pūkaha Community Open Day 2020

Come and enjoy a family day out amongst nature as Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre opens its doors to the community.

Discover wildlife, native forest walks, ranger talks, fun kids activities, arts and crafts, market stalls & food, face painting, and much more.

BYO food & drinks and picnic at the tables inside the reserve or get a range of food to suit all dietary requirements from the Kākā café.

Bring cash for food and market stalls.
Please no pets or alcohol.
Limited carparking available. Please carpool where possible.
Monies raised will be used to support native forest restoration and the captive breeding-and-release of endangered native species into the wild
