Painting & Drawing

Learn basic skills in drawing and painting in all mediums. This inspirational and popular course is delivered by an experienced tutor in a convivial atmosphere particularly suited to adults/teens. Tutor Annette Dickison is a graduate of Ilam School of Fine Arts in Canterbury and spent many years teaching art at secondary school level. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of mediums.

These include pen and ink illustrations for newspapers and books, painting indoor and outdoor murals, designing and painting many stage sets for theatrical productions and creating many works in oils, watercolours and acrylics. Her paintings sell in leading galleries throughout NZ and her more recent work is available at the Exhibitions Gallery of Fine Arts in Wellington.
