Parnell Trust's Super Spring Holiday Programme - Adventure Seekers (Epsom)

Adventure Seekers: Week 1

Mon 28 September: Event Cinemas
Choose from 2 or 3 of the latest blockbusters (incl. M-rated movies for 9+ year olds if ok with parents). You’ll have time to buy popcorn or a drink if you bring money. Afterwards we’ll stop at the Auckland Domain for lunch.

Tue 29 September: Auckland Zoo
Take a walk on the wild side and tour the world as we walk around Auckland Zoo. Visit all of your favourite animals and see how they live. Must wear a hat and walking shoes.

Wed 30 September: Land & Sea
We're off to Auckland War Memorial museum to check out the amazing photography exhibition. Then we're heading to the Maritime Museum for a cruise on a 20m sailing ship. Wear warm clothing and closed-toed shoes.

Thurs 01 October: Rainbow’s End
Come along to NZ's premier theme park and enjoy all your old favourites including the Roller-coaster, Pirate Ship and Log Flume, plus try their new ride, Spectra! Some rides have height restrictions. Must wear a hat and walking shoes.

Fri 02 October: Kelly Tarlton’s
See sharks, penguins and other amazing sea creatures at Kelly Tarlton's! Get your hands wet in the Touch Pools and climb into the mouth of a giant shark. We’ll stop for a picnic lunch at Orakei Beach.

Adventure Seekers: Week 2

Mon 05 October: Stardome
Experience the stars in Stardome's amazing 360 degree theatre! Explore and learn with hands-on activities and experiments. Then, head outside and start the countdown to launch water powered rockets!

Tue 06 October: Game On Arcade
We’re heading into the city to visit Game On Arcade! Challenge your friends on their huge line-up of arcade games including Space Invader Frenzy and NBA Hoops. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Wed 07 October: VR Vroom
Experience new dimensions of virtual reality at VR Vroom’s Virtual Reality Centre! Their team will also teach us about game design, programming, 3D modelling and animation. Ages 8+ only.

Thu 08 October: Tri Star Gym
Practice all your moves on the beams, bars and more at Tri Star Gym. Then we'll head to Olympic Park for lunch and to play on the playground. Must wear gym gear and trainers.

We’ve got a great line-up of activities and adventures for your kids in Parnell and Epsom from September 28th – October 09th. At our programme for 5-14 year olds we place a huge emphasis on fun, adventure and ensuring the children in our care are never bored.

Choose from two activities every day:
- CLUB HOUSE - On site activities
- ADVENTURE SEEKERS - Trips around Auckland area

- EPSOM - Epsom Normal Primary School
41 The Drive, Epsom
- PARNELL - Queen Victoria House at Glanville Community Campus
Gate 2, 27 Glanville Terrace, Parnell
(children are bused to our Epsom site for activities and returned to Parnell by 3pm daily)

Programme Hours
Specially for busy parents – drop your children off with us from as early as 7.30am and pick them up as late as 6pm for NO extra charge.
