In this workshop we will explore what healing and evolution truly means to us ~ individually and collectively ~ and how we can effectively meet the challenges of life today.
This 60 minute workshop, led by Paulhansa ~ spiritual teacher and healer from the SevaLight Retreat Centre in Bishopdale ~ will help you feel inspired and positive in the midst of the chaos and challenges of today's world. Essential to healthy, happy and harmonious living, is an awareness of our self and our mind. We will look at how using simple energy care techniques, breathing and meditation will help us to be more our true positive self.
The workshop will be on the ground floor in Tūranga Christchurch Central Library ~ look forward to seeing you there!
