​Petone and Eastern Bays: Day Trip

Our first stop will be morning tea on the Petone foreshore with views of Wellington and a dose of healthy fresh sea air.

On a visit to Artspace Gallery we'll soak up some creative inspiration and learn about local artists. The picturesque drive around the coast will take us to Eastbourne for lunch in a popular cafe.

In the afternoon we will visit the Eastbourne's Wahine Memorial, before enjoying a stop at Days Bay. Our final activity is a short guided tour of the charming and recently refurbished Petone Settlers Museum.

The price includes morning tea and entry fees. Please note that lunch is not included in the price.

Pick up points: From 9am with return at approximately 4.30 p.m. There are pick up points in Waikanae, Paraparaumu and Paekakariki.

​Accessibility: The trip is taken in a comfortable 12-seater mini-bus which is not wheel-chair accessible. Assistance is offered for mounting and dismounting the vehicle. Walking frames can be safely stowed in transit.
