Cultivate some culture* this summer and enjoy a live play reading at The Arts Village. Rustle up a picnic and some drinks, bag a blanket and settle in at the Village's outdoor stage where local actors will read aloud the black comedy 'Talk' by Thomas Sainsbury.

Play On is a monthly play reading series of New Zealand work. It's unrehearsed, unpredictable and unmissable.Plus, it's cheap as chips to come along (ticketing info will be posted shortly).

Tickets are pay-what-you-can and are available online.

*Culture is a loose term, this play features a lot of adult language and themes so you might want to keep young ears at home.

This event is generously supported by funding from Rotorua Energy Charitable Trust, Rotorua Arts Village Trust and funds tagged by Shakespeare Outside towards performance art.

Presented by arrangement with Playmarket NZ.
