Come and experience working at our warm and friendly studio to learn all the basic techniques in our Pottery 101 class through making 3 projects from our VINTAGE Collection. A ceramic Tea-Light House with vintage textures to create imprints and holes that will glow in the light of the candle. Then make your own fantastic Tea and Cake set designed to look like vintage enamelware. Finally complete your VINTAGE set with Milk and Honey set that uses simple modern shapes featuring fabulous speckles hidden in the clay. You will be guided through the all the glazing processes with your tutor All of the necessary pottery techniques to make these projects will be all be covered over the 6 week class and on the 7th week join your tutor Gwen Parsons for an hour to celebrate with some tea and cake using your very own handmade set.
All materials and firing are included in the pricing you just need to bring an apron and maybe a friend! Add on as an extra our Throwing 101 class once you have completed this one.
