9 - 5pm Saturday, August 1:
- Morning tea ceremony, introduction & discussion of Qigong
- Warm up, awaken & relax the body
- Learn the Three Foundational Pillars;
- Posture | Mind | Breath
- Eat a nourishing vegetarian lunch
- Learn 12 Postures
- Warm down, store Qi
- Set intentions
- Herbal tea, Q&A
9 - 4.30pm Sunday, August 2:
- Introduction to Medical Qigong & self-assessment
- Warm up, awaken & relax the body
- Learn Heart Opening Qigong routine
- Eat a nourishing vegetarian lunch
- Learn Wellness Medical Qigong routine
- Learn 6 Healing Sounds
- Warm down, store Qi
- Set intentions
- Herbal tea, Q&A
Throughout the days there will be breaks
- $450 for 2 days
- Includes nourishing vegetarian lunch
- Premium Chinese tea

- Access to videos of forms learnt
NB: We prefer you to come both days, however please get in touch if you can only attend one.
- Suitable for any level of mobility, health, experience
- Ages 18 + (children's Qi is naturally developing to it's full potential and should be left to do so!)
