Reiki Usui – Level 1 Workshop & Attunement

Reiki is a holistic natural healing modality that emphasises on balancing both the mind and the body. Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki also promotes healing within the body and restores physical and emotional well-being. Reiki was rediscovered by Usui and reintroduced initially in Japan. The story of Reiki will be discussed during the workshop.

Reiki is a life force energy and is administered by ''laying on the hands'' by an attuned practitioner. Your attunement is carried out by a Certified Reiki Master Teacher whom has been trained to carry out this sacred ceremony.

The location is beautiful and it is surrounded by mature trees and overgrowth which offers a great space for our grounding exercises before the Workshop begins. Groups are small for a reason and that reason is to ensure you get the maximum benefit from the Workshop. You will leave the Event on Sunday with Reiki 1, 1st Degree Attunement under your belt, along with a beautiful parchment Certificate. There is so much to learn and so much happens from the start to the end. It really is an exciting weekend. Starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm on both days, Sat & Sun.

Pre-course meetings with myself happening now which is a condition of acceptance onto the workshop. As the classes are small I suggest you get in touch as soon as you can. It doesn't take long, just a quick chat over a cuppa.
