Rise & Shine Aerial Open Day

Rise & Shine Aerial Fitness Studio is having an open day on Saturday 25th July, and you are invited to join us!

Come down and check out our beautiful space and what we offer, we will have free nibbles and you can enjoy a glass of bubbles and even have a go at some aerial classes such as Hoop, sling and pole fitness! Our instructors will be on hand to show you what we do and answer all your questions.
