Our classes are designed for absolute beginners who have never taken a dance class in their life! No need to bring a partner! Anddddd... don't worry about your two left feet, we can find someone with two right feet perfect for you! This is a great way to meet new people, make friends, improve your memory, coordination and bump up your fitness level.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring along a drink bottle.
No stiletto shoes.
