Now you can start your weekend with some super-cool science fun at MOTAT, because Science Saturdays are here!

Kicking things off in February, it’s all about pressure. From reactions to rockets we’ll look at what it is, how it’s made, and how pressure can help us in the real world. We’ll show you how to blow up a marshmallow, create an expanding chemical reaction, and then finish things off with a bang in our explosive conclusion.

Demonstrations will run at regular intervals throughout the day. Come along!

Science Saturdays: Under Pressure will run each Saturday in February, excluding Saturday 8 February (Bubble Weekend).
