From prawns and scallops to salmon and swordfish to calamari and crayfish, literally anything goes when it comes to grilling seafood. In tonight’s class learn two delicious recipes and many techniques that will only ever have you grilling your seafood. Make a grilled fish taco with green chilli mayonnaise followed by grilled market fish steaks, chorizo and potato with a tomato herb salsa.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 5.30pm onwards. Class starts promptly at 6pm.
